Our opp adhesive bags are meticulously manufactured from brand-new food-grade biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) raw materials. The bags feature high light transmittance and a crystal-bright, fog-free surface that fully presents the original color and details of the contents inside, making them the mainstream packaging choice for retail terminal display and independent product packaging. This opp adhesive bag is equipped with a high-strength pressure-sensitive self-adhesive strip covered with a release protective film. It seals immediately once the film is torn off, requiring no additional sealing equipment. A single worker can complete batch packaging operations, effectively improving the efficiency of warehousing, shipping and in-store tallying. The adhesive strip delivers long-lasting and stable viscosity and resists debonding under normal storage conditions. Once sealed, it effectively blocks dust, moisture and external debris, protecting the contents from contamination during storage and transportation.

In the production process, we implement strict process control over film thickness uniformity and edge sealing fastness for every batch of opp adhesive bags. The conventional specifications of 5 filaments and 8 filaments (double-sided) balance stiffness and tear resistance, and are not prone to breakage caused by stacking friction or corner pulling. We support custom functional structures such as aircraft holes, hanging holes, ventilation holes and easy-tear openings on the bag body, and also provide full-color brand logo and product information printing services. This enables the packaging to serve both protective functions and brand communication value, helping customers build a unified and professional brand visual image in the terminal market.

The development cycle for standard samples is 3-5 working days, and customized samples involving complex processes and special materials can be delivered within 7-10 working days. A sampling fee is charged for customized samples, which can be fully deducted from subsequent bulk orders.

We have established a standardized quality control system covering the entire production chain. Strict sampling inspection is conducted upon the warehousing of OPP raw materials, and they are only released for production after their purity, tensile strength and light transmittance are confirmed to meet standards. Each process of film blowing, printing and bag making is assigned full-time quality inspectors for patrol inspection to promptly identify potential issues such as size deviation, printing misalignment and weak sealing. 100% full inspection is performed before finished product packaging, with core indicators including appearance, size, sealing performance and printing effect checked one by one. Only qualified products are put into storage for delivery. We fully accept third-party authoritative inspection entrusted by customers. All products come with a 1-month quality warranty after receipt. If quality defects occur due to production processes or raw materials, we will respond immediately and resolve them free of charge, ensuring worry-free procurement for customers.
