OPP bag calculation formula:
Length * Width * Thickness * Specific Gravity * Current material price + Sealing tape + Printing fee
Example: 38cm wide, 48cm long, single-sided thickness 3.3C, 2-color printed casual pants packaging bag
38cm * 90cm (generally leave 6cm for sealing, which should be deducted from the calculation) * 3.3C (single-sided thickness) * 0.92 (actually should be 0.91, but many manufacturers calculate using 92) * 12800 (prices fluctuate rapidly) + 38cm sealing tape, generally around 0.8mm + printing fee depends on the actual print size, plus plate making fee.
